Ripper³⁷ bandsaw blades can be supplied by the coil, or pre-welded in any length band you or your customers require. 

When supplied welded, our state-of-the-art equipment ensures your band is perfectly aligned to give you optimal performance with no interruption to the arrangement of the teeth, and a computer controlled optical pyrometer is used to ensure the perfect level of annealing is achieved, to guarantee a super strong, yet flexible weld.

Deep Hardened for more Re-sharpens

Induction hardening is proven to be the most effective way to harden teeth, and to ensure an outstanding performance, we harden the teeth of  Ripper³⁷  teeth to the optimum depth, allowing more re-sharpens and contributing to the blade’s 37% longer working life. 

You can re-sharpen Ripper³⁷ as many as 20 times before its hardness and cutting performance are compromised.   That’s more than double some of our rivals!
